Our Story
Bhutanese Legal Solutions was founded in 2016 with a clear purpose: to provide legal advice that is practical, accessible and tailored to the needs of every client.
Before establishing the firm, its founder and Managing Partner served as an attorney with the Office of the Attorney General, where she gained experience across a broad range of legal and regulatory matters. Building on that foundation, Bhutanese Legal Solutions has grown into a full-service law firm advising businesses, institutions and individuals across litigation, arbitration, business and commercial law, foreign direct investment, regulatory matters and legislative drafting.
Today, we combine a deep understanding of Bhutan’s legal framework with strategic thinking and an appreciation of the commercial and institutional context in which our clients operate.
